So yes, you are free to use and modify this image. In fact, go right ahead: I'd love to see any work you create with it, send me a link when you're done. Just remember to tell the kids where you got the original from.
There is a user on Etsy that is selling items using your artwork without any credit to you, the artist. Another friend of mine and a couple of other artists have had their work stolen by this user: [link]. (Click the bottom picture in the thumbnails to the right of the main image and you'll see your chibi Harry Potter in there, listed as copyrighted by her.) I hate it when this happens to artists. A lot of my friends and I have been reporting her, but you might want to write Etsy yourself as the artist of the work.
I have a Chibi potter on my back tattooed, I would love help bringing more to it than what it it's. Would you be willing to do so? Your style fits perfectly
Hi! Oh, thank you, but I'm afraid I'd have to decline: at the moment I am a bit busy with work and I wouldn't be able to do it justice! Although, I'll also admit, it's a bit daunting to do a tattoo!
I don't know a lot about tattoos, but perhaps it might be worth finding some examples of art you like, and taking it with you to a good tattoo artist. After all, they're an artist too, and they may be able to design something especially for you based on your tastes. Plus, they'd know a lot more about what would work as a tattoo than I do!
kawaiii
